The Vintage ReIssued Series V6HMBB combines the very best of time-served aesthetics and forward-thinking design ingenuity.
A pair of Wilkinson WOVaS Single Coil pickups give the guitar the perfect balance between rich mids and detailed low end, just what you'd expect from a guitar of this nature. To complement the elegance of the single coils, the bridge pickup is a super-charged WOHZBb Double Coil, for high output volume and increased harmonics, ideal for high gain soloing. The Wilkinson vibrato bridge, meanwhile, features an innovative stagger-drilled block which radically improves the guitar's intonation, whilst maintaining incredible return-to-pitch accuracy. Whether you're searching for your first guitar or your last, every member of the Vintage ReIssued Series is a keeper. Play on. V6H Features: Body: American Alder body provides resonance, tone and ‘correct weight’ comfort, enhanced with correctly radiused contoured body. Vibrato: The Wilkinson WVC vibrato bridge featured on the Vintage V6 is a masterpiece of detail. Positive location, 6 screw design provides return to pitch accuracy; perpendicular bend, high grade steel saddles enhance tonality and ‘snap’. Ground base plate corner provides authentic looks. Stagger drilled cast block significantly enhances return to pitch accuracy and classic vintage tone. The ‘push-in’ delrin-bushed arm with variable tension provides the arm feel that suits your style. Pickups: Pair of Wilkinson WOVaS Single Coils provide a range of traditional tones whilst a WOHZBb Double Coil adds increased power in the bridge pickup. Controls: Single master Volume control with Tone control 1 for the neck pickup, and ‘Custom Mod' Tone control 2 for both the middle and bridge pickup. Five-way selector switch. Machine heads: Wilkinson WJ55 E-Z-Lok machine heads provide simple, effective action for maximum tuning stability. Neck: Hard rock Maple Skunk Stripe with classic Vintage ‘soft C’ profile for instant comfort, speed, accuracy and great feel. Fingerboard: Traditional 10" radius fingerboard provides positive feel and superior playability. Frets: 22 Medium profile frets add to comfort, accuracy and overall positive feel of the Vintage V6HMBB. Nut: 43mm Graphtech nut, smooth and friction free. Headstock: Classic Vintage headstock design for balance and visual appeal.
