The hand-built Bugera 333XL-212 120W all-tube combo offers dual Bugera 12″ speakers and 3 channels for maximum versatility, each with high-quality reverb, FX Loop, and 3-band EQ. A step up from the Bugera 333, you’ll find the 333XL has added a noise gate, master presence control, as well as Hi and Lo-Gain inputs in addition to all the great features of the 333. This cutting-edge, modern style amp effectively handles everything from super-clean chording to high-gain leads, thanks to its 3-channels, aptly named Clean, Crunch and Lead.
The Clean channel won’t break up, making it perfect for jazz, country and blues. Plus, it’s the ideal channel for players using external boxes for their OD and distortion. The Crunch channel is ideal for rock and dirty blues tone. Plus, it shines as the heavy rhythm channel for a metal rig if you really crank the gain. Last but not least, the amp’s Lead channel has the same structure as the crunch channel but with access to even more gain.
Each of the 333XL-212’s channels has its own volume feeding the overall master volume, so you have total control over the level of each. The boost option of the FX loop allows you to set each channel at the same volume and then boost or cut the volume of the entire amp no matter what channel is selected.
Some other outstanding features of the Bugera 333XL-212 include a damping switch (high, medium, low) for total sound control, an impedance switch (4, 8 and 16 ohms) to match virtually any speaker cabinet, an FX Loop with independent send and return level controls, and a line output with dedicated level control.
The EQ section, called HYPER-ACTIVE, allows for unlimited tone shaping and big, scooped-out metal tones via the midrange control. You have to hear this to appreciate how much more tone control you can get.
Finally, the Bugera 333XL-212 includes a heavy-duty 4-button footswitch that allows you to easily select your channel, and quickly boost the FX loop when desired. And that’s the 333XL-212”3 fully independent channels for 3 fully independent gain structures and tone stacks. FEATURES
